Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love the items that you purchase with us, however if you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help! Please follow the guidelines for our return policy. You may contact us Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST for any questions about your purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Timeframe: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date that your order was placed. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
The Catch: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. This includes makeup and deodorant stains from trying clothes on. Tags must be attached to be eligible for return. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
The Exceptions: All sale items are final sale, as well as jewelry and accessories. Shoes returned without the original shoebox are not permitted.
Defective Items: If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order, otherwise it will be considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Problems With Your Order: If you were sent incorrect products or sizes OR if you are missing items from your order, you must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refund Type: Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is approved as damaged.
Exchanges: We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock by the time that we receive your return, therefore we can only provide exchanges if that item and size is in stock. Otherwise you will receive store credit.
** Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. **
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
- Include a copy of your invoice to receive full amount of store credit back.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You will only be refunded this amount if the item is defective.
- Send returns to address listed below.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be emailed notifying you of your store credit.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive the return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
